Proposal Writing Workshop Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and accommodate everyone involved, we have established the following cancellation policy for the Online Proposal Writing Workshop:

Partial Refund

If you cancel your registration up to 14 days before the workshop, you will be eligible for a 50% refund. This covers administrative costs and materials already prepared for your participation. Please note that any additional costs associated with processing the refund, such as bank or transfer fees, will be the responsibility of the participant.

No Refund for Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop are not eligible for a refund. However, we do offer alternatives (see below).

Credit for Future Workshops

For cancellations made within 14 days of the workshop, instead of a refund, you may request credit to apply toward a future Proposal Writing Workshop or another capacity-building session of the same price or value. This credit will be valid for up to 6 months from the date of the original workshop.

Workshop Cancellation by Organizer

If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, all registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a new date. We will notify you of any changes as early as possible.

No-Show Policy

Participants who do not attend the workshop without prior notice or cancellation will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
